Choux Pastry filled with your choice of 3 Delectable custards and creams. Choux are dipped in white, milk and/or dark chocolate, decorated with edible gold and topped with a chocolate dipped edible gold strawberry.

This product will serve up to 24 guests and requires refrigeration. Tower is presented on 10 inch base board.

Vanilla Bean Tree biscuit, painted with milk chocolate, generously piped with delicious Chantilly Cream and Chocolate Mousse.
Biscuit is decorated with raspberry coulis, fresh in season Australian Grown berries and chocolate dipped strawberries coated in edible gold.
